Why Meyer Homes?

Building is About Much More Than Just Constructing a Home

From day one, Meyer Homes has focused on quality and customer service as the touchstones of our mission. There are a number of ways we have put that focus into practice in order to be the best we can be for our clients.

Our People

Our people are the most important reason for our sustained success over the years. We work hard to be the employer of choice in our market. We have clean jobsites, stocked daily with needed building materials. We pay our workmen and suppliers quickly and regularly. We treat our people with respect and dignity. This attracts top employees and tradesmen. Our people care deeply about the quality of their work, about their fellow workmen and about their clients. We believe this shows in everything we do.

We are Extremely Organized

After over 25 years of expertise and experience, Meyer Homes has created systems to manage construction and guide our clients through the building process. We have organized everything from self-inspection checklists for our construction managers, to homebuyer guide binders that serve as roadmaps to the building process for our clients, to helpful tips for clients making selections for their home. We believe that great systems free people to do extraordinary things on a consistent basis by allowing them to focus on the task at hand without distraction. This is essential, because true craftsmanship requires great attention to detail. So does delivering a pleasant, straightforward, enjoyable client experience.

Communication is not Just Talk

Communication is a key element to any relationship whether business or personal. We understand this and know that the first step in communicating with our clients is listening to their ideas, their concerns and their goals. We do this through pre-set meetings before, during and after construction and by making sure that we are never farther than a phone call or email away. We feel strongly that good communication avoids misunderstandings and builds a relationship based on accountability, trust and responsiveness.
